Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Keeping Book. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our policy:
Unused Books
Unused and unopened books may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping costs. To initiate a return please contact us at hello@gardenarchivepress.com with your order number before sending anything back.
Used Books
Books that have been written in or used in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. We think you'll understand.
Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gardenarchivepress.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at our discretion through a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once shipped, our standard policy above applies.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
